Disassembly of the sprocket
1, the drive sprocket
The drive sprocket with the engine output shaft in combination in the form of a spline, and fixing in spline baffle or nut. When we remove the drive sprocket, we can remove the sprocket cover and the sprocket chain, unscrew the splined the baffle or fixed nut, after done these, we can pull out the small sprocket. When assembled, just do as the opposite orders.
2, the driven sprocket
(1) support from the main stand, to let the rear wheels tilt.
(2) Loosen the rear axle fastening nut and adjuster nut, remove the chain box chain.
(3) disassemble the rear brake lever and pull out the rear wheel.
(4) Remove the the fixed sprocket bolts, nuts or retaining ring, take down the sprocket rear hub or pin bolt.
(5)Installation, according to the reverse order. Tighten sprocket fixed in accordance with the provisions of the nut or bolt (30-50N.m) and rear axle nut (50-80N.m).
